- A full refund of order amount provided order is cancelled within 24 hours and before dispatch of goods whichever is earlier.
- Customer is eligible for a full refund equal to the value of goods not delivered within 72 hours.
- No refund shall be entertained once goods are dispatched or delivered at customer premises.
- In case of returns, wherever applicable and approved by Grocely.com management, full refund of such items will be credited to customer account subject to goods are returned in original packaging and have not been used or consumed.
- All returns shoud be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping charges towards return as applicable will borne by the customer.
- No exchanges will be entertained.
- All refunds take 7-10 business days for processing.
